Yay!

Evalie talkin' away

Today was my last day in the lease of our apartment. I am so glad that its finally over. A year wasted that's how I feel, though I knew that moving in together would either make us or break us. It broke us and I am still going to have to deal with that for many years. *sigh* oh well on the up side Evalie is growing beautifully, I saw Nina's newest baby Lily, she's such a lil peanut tiny compared to my chunker. Evalie had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, she now weighs 11 pounds 6 ounces, and is just about 24 inches long. We had to give her shots:( Though it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, I don't like needles and shots, she still cried but that was mostly my fault. It was time for her afternoon nap when we went and since I have to schedule those things months in advance I didn't know it. Her next appointment she gets some more shots, but now I know what to expect. Hmm... what else is new? Shanno comes home on Tuesday!!! I am excited that she is coming but not so excited to go through Evalie's things and move them into my room so her and Ro have a place to sleep. Hopefully Zoe remembers them and Rodrigo doesn't get mad because I think Zo doesn't remember a lot of Spanish.


Above are some pictures of her being two months old. The one of her in the car seat shows how much she has grown, when we brought her home from the hospital she was so tiny in her car seat now she's big! The outfit she has on in the car seat used to be pants and now they have turned into capris. Hopefully she'll be tall:)

Anger

i have more pictures and some videos. I put her in her bouncer she is still too small... but i used the thing that karen gave me for easter and it was just enough of a boost to keep her upright-I have to say that the photo on the left of her in the bouncer she looks just like her mommy. the photo on the right she pooped herself out from bouncing so much:) I had another one but it didn't get sent right, but her head was plopped forward- she was so tired she couldn't even hold it up! The top picture is from yesterday night when we were just getting ready for bed. we were playing peek-a-boo, she's slowly getting it, though sometimes she looks at me confused a blank stare, at those moments i am pretty sure she is thinkin' her mom is crazy!

Random

Some pictures and videos from my phone. The one of Evalie and I was taken when she was almost three weeks old. The one with her blue eyes just staring all innocent was last week. She's starting to get a little bit of a personality her expressions change everyday and she's talking a lot more. She's growing so fast! Her newborn clothes are getting a lil tight and too short-hopefully this means she'll be tall. Well it won't take much to pass me up:)

Sunny Days

As I am updating today Miss Evalie is fast asleep for her morning nap. She's finally getting into a routine with her sleeping and spending a lot more time awake and taking in everything around her. She's wiggling and smiling a lot more I can't believe how much she has grown in these past weeks. Next week I go back to work, I am looking forward to catching up on the Shopko gossip but a little sad that I am going to leave her for 8 hours a day... but I think I will adjust. I am applying to work in the optical part of Shopko it would be a good change and more of a career job. I am still hoping to go back to school but first I want to get Evalie and I settled out on our own. Evalie is 6 weeks old already! It's amazing she seems to grow extremely fast, her newborn clothes are starting to get tight and a little short. I had some fun with some dandalions the other day and made some cute pictures for mother's day. I suppose I have some things to get done before she wakes up, so I'll update some more later.

New Place

I have an appointment today to go see some town houses in Holdingford, I am hoping everything will go right and i get them. As much as i love my parents, i am really really excited to move out and have a place all to myself. And to decorate:) Anywho i'll update later, i also have some new pictures and some from easter...oops that i need to get up here yet.
